For the events at ECLAC, we will prepare a selection of spacious conference and meeting rooms, open patios and indoor halls suitable for workspaces or large gatherings, as well as smaller meeting rooms tailored for discussions or workspace needs. All our conference and meeting rooms feature Wi-Fi connection (extending to outdoor areas), ample power outlets, and presentation screens, ensuring an enjoyable conference experience. For certain events, we will provide conference beverages, snacks, and lunches in dedicated spaces conveniently located near the conference rooms.


Facilities and Services at ECLAC Headquarters

Bank

Located in the basement of the main ECLAC building, visitors will find a convenient branch of Banco de Chile. This branch is open to the public from 9 AM to 2 PM. If the visitors need to exchange foreign currency, they can do so between 10 AM and 12:30 PM.

Meals

ECLAC has an on-site coffee shop open from 9 AM to 5 PM, offering a variety of food and drink options. There is also a dedicated cafeteria available during lunch hours, including vegetarian options.

Medical Service

The medical service of ECLAC, located on the ground floor of the main building (office number Z-210, ext. 2333), offers first aid assistance. It operates from 9 AM to 1 PM and resumes service from 2:30 PM to 6 PM, ensuring accessibility throughout the day.

Internet

Visitors will enjoy the convenience of a wireless Internet connection (Wi-Fi) available in the conference rooms as well as in open areas.

Andrés Bello University

The International School of Input-Output Analysis (ISIOA) will be hosted at Andrés Bello University. The university will provide a minimum of five spacious and fully-equipped rooms featuring Wi-Fi connectivity, power outlets, presentation screens, as well as markers and clipboards. Additionally, there will be extra rooms available for workspaces.
