Young Researchers' Night
Welcome to the Young Researcher’s Night 2025. Please sign up when registering for the conference, to make sure you don't miss a night of fun and games and networking!
Introduction
The Young Researchers’ Night has become a regular and popular feature of the IIOA Conference since the 2016 IIOA Conference in Seoul, Korea. This evening event provides an excellent opportunity for networking, especially focussed on the young scholars to develop existing work, new ideas, contacts, friendships, etc. in a non-formal environment and atmosphere.

Date and time
The Young Researchers’ Night will be held at 19:00 on Wednesday, 9th July 2025.
Transportation
There will be transportation from the Entrance of Villa College to Water’s Edge at 18.00pm. No other pick up locations. However, attendees make their own way back. (Local taxis and ride-sharing are recommended.)

- The cost for the evening will be USD 25.00 per person.
Payment procedure
The fee (USD 25.00) will be collected at the door of the Young Researchers’ Night.
In case someone forgot to register and wants to join, please contact the organizer (jiyoung@okayama-u.ac.jp) as soon as possible. However, if the number of participants exceeds the capacity of the event, it will be on a first come first served basis.
